1:Wash the imitation crab and chop into small pieces. Place crab in bowl and drizzle the olive oil over. Mix to thoroughly coat the crab.
2:Finely chop the yellow onion and add to the crab. Pour all of the lemon juice in the bowl and mix.
3: Dice both tomatoes and add to the mixture. Carefully mix.
4:Cut cilantro into small pieces and toss into mixture. Add onion salt. Thoroughly mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
